Excellent service from start to finish! Booking was easy, communication and the cleaning technician arrived promptly, was very respectful of my home and worked efficiently to get the job done.

I am really pleased and thrilled with the results! My sofa had a few years of wear and several stubborn stains/marks that I didn’t think would ever come out but they are now gone thanks to Lemon and Lavender! My upholstery is now spotless and dried much faster than I expected.

After the clean, the fabric looks and smells fresh.

The most amazing & friendly service! They did a superb job on my rugs & look brand new.  They also cleaned a little area of carpet (which wasn't included in the quote) that had rust marks on it from a leaky radiator. Great communication and a speedy service, a number of other cleaners became awkward around providing the service I needed, simply because I live in town (it is not my responsibility to pay your clean air charge) and I am in a flat.

I was initially hesitant to clean my rug and carpet in winter as I was scared that the dump will be an issue. But the quick dry solutions that they offered and their knowledge in materials was unmatched.
The house smells fresh and the carpet dried within an hour of cleaning.
It's also very convenient to have them come over for both fixed carpets and cosy rugs.
